I propose to remove the 16th Amendment of the United States Constitution, the right of Congress to impose an income tax and replace it with a Consumption Tax/Fair Tax at a percentage to support the defense of our Nation and the operation of the federal government, the care of Veterans and the support of our senior citizens.
